Monkeys - (3-5 years) - starting gymnastics

Preparation for girls (4-6 years) - Kittens
PREPARATION – Stars (4–6 years) For little gymnasts who love movement and elegance! Princesses learn their first gymnastic elements such as a roll, somersault or handstand. They develop grace, strength and discipline. Training 2 times a week Fun, but already targeted gymnastic preparation Also suitable for girls with a talent for competitive direction
Preparation for boys – Tigers (4–6 years)
Energy, strength and agility for little athletes! The Tigers learn the basic elements of boys' gymnastics - jumps, stamina, balance and agility. Movement versatility and self-confidence Suitable for boys with a natural need for movement Fun and preparation for other sports
COMPETITION PREPARATION – Lion Cubs (5–7 years)
For children with a talent for movement and a desire to compete! Lion cubs develop gymnastics to the fullest: strength, flexibility, concentration. They learn more challenging elements and prepare for competitions. Individual approach and selective training Possibility of participating in competitions A great foundation for a sports career
